In this workshop, you will get to know your relationship with food.
Together, we will identify patterns and subconscious motivations, and work out the triggers and barriers so you can stick to your healthy goals and lifestyle.
The 6 week course includes a 30 minute introduction, followed by five 15-20 minute sessions.
Additionally, you will receive a pdf notebook which you can download to write notes and complete the exercises.
